Sebastian inlet may be closer but I remember a long putt through the manatee no wake zone to the go fast channel. You can also go out on route 1 on the barrier island and there is a launch on the south side of the bridge at Sebastian inlet but that may take longer to get to as you have to go through Melbourne if I remember correct.
